Congratulations to Carlos Torres for receiving a Juan de La Cierva (JdC) Fellowship from the Agencia Estatal de Investigación! Carlos was ranked 2nd of all applicants in Physics, an incredible achievement given the highly competitive nature of this program. Carlos’ JdC will allow him to continue his research into the electronic properties of twistronic oxides, nanoscale memristive devices and superconductivity over the next two years.
