Allan Johnson, a “Ramón y Cajal” researcher at IMDEA Nanociencia, has been awarded a “Leonardo” grant from the BBVA Foundation. His project, “Imaging and Controlling Ultrafast Quantum Devices,” will help shed light on how next-generation electronic devices—such as “memristors” based on quantum materials—function on nanometer and femtosecond timescales.
